Agreement to the Proposal
If you’d like to proceed with us, you sign an Agreement. You pay for the Fireplace, then we order it from the manufacturer. You will pay the balance of the invoice after the installation is complete.
Gas Fireplace Installation
After your unit and all components have arrived at our warehouse, we will notify you. When we install the Fireplace, the Installation may require 1 to 4 visits. Below are the high-level steps of the installation steps. More than one step, or all steps, may be completed in a single visit.
1. First the gas line is installed, and the electric is run to your fireplace (needed if you have a blower)
2. Next, the Fireplace is installed.
3. If you need a Custom Surround, our artisan installer draws the Custom surround design. After your approval, he submits the design to our metal fabricator.
4. When the Custom Surround has been fabricated, our artisan installer schedules a time to return to your home to install the Customer Surround.
Completion & Customer Relations
Even though the last detail has been perfected & our last payment has been received, it’s not over. We stay in touch with you to make sure you are satisfied with our work, and your Fireplace. as well as that of the materials and products we install. Much or our business comes from a happy customer referring friends and neighbors, and many are repeat customers. We want you to be happy, and we value these good relationships.
